Return & Refund Policy

At China Source, we use various shipping methods, including local couriers in China, air freight, and sea freight. Additionally, customs and relevant authorities may inspect and unpack cartons, which can sometimes lead to damage or loss of products. We take all customer complaints seriously and aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Refund Conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must file a claim with photos within 2 days of receipt.
• Product Mismatch: If the product you receive does not match the description provided on our website, you are eligible for a refund.
• Size or Color Discrepancies: If the size or color of the product does not match your order, you may request a refund. Please note that color variations of 5%-10% due to lighting and resolution differences are not considered valid for refunds.
• Electronics Warranty: We do not provide warranties for electronic products.

Return Conditions:

• Incorrect Address: We do not accept returns for products that were not received due to an incorrect address provided by you.
• Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted if you change your mind about the product after it arrives at our Bangladesh warehouse or if you no longer need the product.
• Customs Inspection: We do not accept returns for products that have been inspected or unpacked by customs authorities.
• Delivery from Supplier's Warehouse: Once a product has been delivered from the supplier's warehouse, returns are not possible. If you wish to return a product while it is still in our warehouse, you will need to cover the cost of returning the product to the supplier as well as any associated shipping charges.
• Delivery Time Limits: For products shipped by air, refunds are subject to conditions if more than 40 days have passed since shipment. For sea freight, refunds are subject to conditions if more than 90 days have passed since shipment.
